Transforming a one-day awareness event into a permanent, year-round platform for education, engagement, fundraising, and hope.

A Tradition That Moves Omaha

The Creighton University Men's Basketball "Pink Out" game has become one of the most impactful annual traditions in Omaha sports. Each year, thousands of fans fill CHI Health Center Arena wearing pink to raise awareness for cancer and generate donations supporting cancer-related causes.

The event serves as a powerful reminder of the families, friends, and communities affected by cancer — inspiring fans to come together in support of awareness, prevention, and hope.

"Cancer does not exist for just one game each year. Why should the Pink Out movement?"

Every Day Is a Pink Out Day

While the annual Pink Out game creates significant awareness and fundraising impact, the need for awareness, education, early detection, and financial support exists every single day — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Pink Out Movement exists to bridge that gap — turning a powerful moment into a permanent platform.

The HOPE Suite

The HOPE Suite transforms the annual Pink Out tradition into a permanent, year-round experience. Located within CHI Health Center Arena, it serves as the official home of the 24/7 · 365 Pink Out Movement — a dedicated destination where fans, corporations, and community members can engage with the cause at every event held at the venue.

Whether attending a Creighton basketball game, concert, family show, or special event, guests become part of an immersive experience that combines premium hospitality with meaningful opportunities to support cancer awareness and early detection initiatives.

Beyond the Suite

Pink Out Shout Out and Pink Out Awareness Portal activations can also be deployed through interactive kiosks throughout the arena concourse — allowing every event attendee to participate regardless of suite access.

What Guests Will Encounter

01

Pink Out Shout Out

Guests submit personalized messages honoring loved ones battling cancer, celebrating survivors, or remembering those lost. Selected messages are featured on the arena's video boards during designated moments, creating powerful recognition shared by the entire audience.

02

Pink Out Awareness Portal

Interactive digital experiences provide access to educational resources focused on cancer prevention, risk awareness, and early detection. Participants receive personalized information and follow-up resources directly to their mobile devices, encouraging proactive health decisions long after the event.

03

Giving Back

Integrated donation opportunities throughout the experience allow guests to directly support cancer-related programs and initiatives through the NCS HOPE Foundation — seamlessly weaving generosity into every visit.

A Pilot Built to Scale

The HOPE Suite serves as the pilot activation for a larger initiative known as The Pink Out Movement. Launching at CHI Health Center Arena, the pilot will measure fan engagement, donation generation, awareness and educational impact, and corporate partnership opportunities.

Once proven successful, the model can be replicated and expanded to sports and entertainment venues nationwide — bringing the movement to millions of fans across the country.
